The hotel provides an excellent location within London downtown area. Welcoming staff efficently cater to international guests who visibly enjoy the place either for business or leisure. The place is highly recommendable but for prices, always a bit on the upper end of the mid-range. i stayed two nights, the first was really quiet, on the second night i was realxing watching tv, but lots of noise from a group of guys, i rang reception and after that didnt hear a peep. I am not normally one for breakfast but the buffet was great, lots of choice and very tasty.

I had a problem with some lost luggage that the airline misplaced. I needed to make a call to the airline and my phone wasn't switched over to international use. I asked the staff to make a call to the airline (a local number), and they would not help. I also wish that I had wifi in the room. A bit over priced!!. I booked a twin room, but when I checked in they told me they only had doubles left. They did offer to bring a put-up bed, but it is dissapointing when you don't get what you booked and paid for. The hotel was like cheating. I can't be a hundred percent certain that I booked a twin room as it apparently wasn't specified when I booked which was my bad. When I arrived the hotel arranged a single room with a double bed for my mum and I which was unacceptable as my age is too old to be on the same bed with my mum. They suggested to put another single bed in my room which I accepted but found the room horribly tiny. Got moved to a better, average room the second night eventually. Rooms need a drastic upgrade. A really bad experience. this venue is extremely overpriced, really tired, tiny basic rooms. you can find much better place in West end for the money this hotel charges. One bed, one night, a free tea or coffee, £134.00 and they wanted £19.95 per person for a breakfast. Are you kidding me. EXTORTIONATE!!!. Breakfast was to be "award winning". Wasn't... Small room, bathroom even smaller. There was not remote control in my room and had to wait until they fetch it (third one was the right one). staff of reception.
