I have stayed at La Suite many times now and am always so impressed by the standard of comfort in the rooms, the facilities offered and the value for money. Some of the rooms are small but as I was travelling alone, they were perfectly adequate. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Locality and convenience to excellent area of west London. Very friendly, helpful staff. Excellent comfortable, practical room facilities at very reasonable price for London. Very good breakfast served in room. Could not fault the accommodation!.
all reviews » Total freedom of the hotel. Could come and go as you liked without disturbing any other visitors. Breakfast brought to your room within ten minutes of requesting.(never at our best in early morning!). Exellent location - near to the Baker Street tube station, but still in a quiet side street. Nice and big room with breakfest brought to your room in the morning. Kind and attentive personnell.Everything! can't fault the place, will definitely stay there again. The standard of the room, furnishings and facilities, was amazing and that was in a 'Standard' room!. Friendly staff ....brilliant facilities from very comfortable beds/sofas good quality linen and toiletries and loads of extras such as kitchenette,pc,dvd player. Centrally positioned for our purpose,comfortable and inexpensive. The hotel is very comfort, excellent facilities and the service was at high level, in the morning you need just to call the reception and they are bringing the breakfast to your room with the daily newspaper. The beds are fascinating, so soft and comfort. The location of the hotel, is 3min. from Madame Tussauds and Baker Street Station. From there you have 1-2 stations to Oxford Str and the center. convenient for all tourist attractions and theatre. Shower lacked pressure. shower difficult to operate. no we all loved it. Basement room. Although there was a price list for the mini bar we were unsure of what the costs were, if any, for some of the other things in the room, but that's just a little thing!. the heating was not working but it has been fixed almost immediately. So nothing negative. The glass "room-partition" wasn't really necessary and could be dangerous!!!!. The room cleaning was not so good, we had dust on the desk, the TV and everywhere around the desk. the room did smell strongly of cigarette smoke when we arrived but this cleared by the following day. The bathroom, although in excellent decor and very clean did constantly smell of drains, maybe because our room was in the basement. if we stayed again i would request a room on ground or upper floor.The mini bar prices were extortionate, so we bought our own food and drink to put in the fridge. There was also quite a strong smell of smoke despite the fact that we requested a non-smoking room. location a little bit far from centre. the ac was making a noise, however staff tried to rectify the problem. Room quite 'compact' - but that's London for you!. staff was uneven and some not very knowledgeable; two were very helpful. A bit worn out, but it did not bother much. For 4 people the room was a bit small also, more space would have been nice.They need to remove the carpeting in the rooms as they smell of mildew.
