Efficient check in and check out. All staff riendly and courteous. Were able to leave our bags prior to check in time. food was enjoyable because it was hot. The location was great, close to the station and within walking distance of camden. Additionally, the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was good and it was within close proximity to Euston Train Station.

I stayed in 3 different rooms at the Euston the first one was great, spacious modern, the second was a single and very small and tucked away, the 3rd was ok but still very older looking compared to the 1st room I stayed in so mixed feelings about the Euston.Very close to Euston Station for ease of getting around London. All facilities I required were there. Very close to the station/tube -so it is convenient. Facilities are good and the breakfast was decent. Attentives staff. Restaurant and bar food very good. Size of room. Bed. friendly night staff when I arrived in at 1am. Service was good, situation good for tube. Position. Parking. convenient location. not a great deal. 10 minute wait to be seated for breakfast . Arrived for breakfast around 09.45 the cook breakfast was not great. Melon etc. was hard, fried egg cold, just two fatty rashers left, baked beans cloyyed and dry, pity in an otherwise superb hotel. Qeueing for breakfast. Resturant very expensive for what at best was an average meal.woken in the morning by loading and unloading skips being pulled into bulding. Iniatially place in a very small standard double for a 6 night booked stay, but staff kindly upgraded for free after first night to executive double.London is so expensive. slightly over-priced. Closed Fire Doors are too numerous and difficult to manover through with luggage and therefore are noisey for those who are staying near them resulting in people leaving in the early hours waking other guests. I'm not sure how they allocate rooms but to have such a big variety of rooms and having stayed in 3 different types I was disappointed with the 2nd two after the comfort I had in the first room.Rooms are well over due for a makeover. On departure had to wait in a long queue to pay the bill. The room was a bit tired -although it was a good size for Central London. Not spotlessly clean either. The room was very old fashioned,plumbing,lighting controls and furniturerequire attention.Wheeled rubbish bins being moved at 6.20am below window for 25 minutes. Room service trying to access room twice before 8.00 am. small bathroom,not very comfortable beds and being woken up at 8.00am by housekeeping.Smoking is not alloud now which wasnt mentioned, simple things like light bulbs not working so with maitinance coming back and fro was not relaxing and refurbishment of the hotel started early morning which wasnt nice.I would stay again I will put this stay down to bad luck. Too noisy - drilling going on from early morning Waited too long to get someone to answer phone for room. Service and seemed to be communication problem. rooms very tired looking, need a make over. Room very cold and I could not sort teh air conditioning. Windows din not close and handle fell off!. Double room booked but small twin issued. Room allocated very cold. Given another after some discussion, but heating not working. Given a third room which was quiet but a bit shabby.The cost for this experience was very high at £107 per night and no breakfast. room service did not arrive after one hour so had to cancel it. Hotel room decor was very tired and carpets were old and dirty. Booked a double room for 2 adults but when I got there they said only twin available - we had a fire evacuation and there did not seem to be many people staying at the hotel so I felt that I was cheated out of a £20 upgrade to get a double bed. It's way too big. Room was clean but quite small. Good soundproofing as direct view of platform 3 at Euston! Staff were too busy and grumpy. We got in for breakfast OK but if we'd have been 15 mins later we would have queued 20 mins just to get a table. Would be a nice hotel with half the number of rooms. yes, the location, the room, the obvious over booking,- my reservation had not been received? - the malfunctioning door cards -etc. had to pay an upgrade fee to book antoher room. this hotel cannot be 4 star. Bad parking. Air coditioning did not work. Line for Breakfast. Gave up.
