  There was nothing we didn't like; except having to leave!! It was the 'launch pad' for our honeymoon, and it did not disappoint. We had a wonderful overnight stay, and in fact I have recommended it to a friend who has since been on your website, with a view to making a booking himself in the near future! We will definitely stay again, if we are ... what people say » in the area, and encourage our friends to do same. - The setting in quiet well manicured gardens is exceptional. Being so close to Gatwick Airport but yet so peaceful is fantastic. Staff and facilities excellent. will definitely stay here again. One of the best hotels we have enjoyed anywhere in the UK.

  It was very reasonably priced, especially considering everything that was included. The location was great - only a 5-10 min drive to the airport, and very close to Horley train station. A driver picked me up from the station upon arrival, and the hotel ordered and paid for a taxi to take us to Gatwick airport. The bathroom was exceptionally clean ... what people say » and there was plenty of hot water! - Although we arrived late ,our keys were waiting for us,so no hassle waiting around.Very comfy and clean.Lovely staff,and brekie.Great to have free transport to airport.Would use again.libby scullion

  the attendent came right to the door when I knocked, he knew I had a reservation, he helped me carry my luggage up the stairs, he explained the breakfast, everything went according to plan. The room was nice and clean with a lovely tea service laid out. The (cooked) breakfast was cooked for me at my appointed time. My airport transportation (same person) left exactly on time and he even pulled into a loading zo - I love this hotel and the owners and staff they make you feel like you are part of the family. I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and will be back there soon. I prefer to stay here then in London. With a great pub near by with great food. I left my teddy bear there and the kept him for me (yes I said Teddy bear) on my way back with a short pause between airports the brought him to me and would not take any money for the delivery now thats family.   As we were a family group of ten, (six adults and four children) they accommodated our needs very well. We stayed the evening before our flight out for a holiday, parking three cars for 17 days.   Quite, Clean and breakfast was in cluded into the price. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Definatley worth the money, The free pick from airport is a good touch since i do not know london well enough and the information from staff as to where to get the bus was very informative.   Location of the Hotel. Close to town but out from the city. Nice way to relax before the flight home. The Six Bells pub around the corner is a great place to socialize and have a bite to eat. Plumbing was good. Breakfasts good too. Short walk to the 6 Bells Pub but a bit scary walking home through the graveyard after 2 pints, a bottle of wine and an Irish Coffee.
