It was very reasonably priced, especially considering everything that was included. The location was great - only a 5-10 min drive to the airport, and very close to Horley train station. A driver picked me up from the station upon arrival, and the hotel ordered and paid for a taxi to take us to Gatwick airport. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and there was plenty of hot water!. Although we arrived late ,our keys were waiting for us,so no hassle waiting around.Very comfy and clean.Lovely staff,and brekie.Great to have free transport to airport.Would use again.libby scullion.
all reviews » Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and quiet even though it's on a busy road. The hotel was very easy to find, even in the dark. We were collected from the Railway station without prior arrangement, really appreciated.Courtesy transport, quality of the food and the general friendliness etc of the staff. Slighty musty smell in the bedroom when first entered, but nothing worth complaining about.very small en suite bathroom. The bed linen was rather creased.wasnt clear about the parking fee's its free for guests for one night only. The bar is gloomy- it needs some light colours and better seating arrangements. Noise permeating from other guests. Very thin walls and ceilings allowed us to hear almost every movement and conversation of guests above.Traffic noise throughout night - not very much can be done as probablyairport traffic!. More of a Guest House than a hotel.The single room was extremely small, but may be appropriate for overnight airport transfers and/or flight connections.
