I love this hotel and the owners and staff they make you feel like you are part of the family. I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and will be back there soon. I prefer to stay here then in London. With a great pub near by with great food. I left my teddy bear there and the kept him for me (yes I said Teddy bear) on my way back with a short pause between airports the brought him to me and would not take any money for the delivery now thats family. The Six Bells pub around the corner is a great place to socialize and have a bite to eat.

The single room was small but comfortable.
Plumbing was good.
Breakfasts good too.
Short walk to the 6 Bells Pub but a bit scary walking home through the graveyard after 2 pints, a bottle of wine and an Irish Coffee.

,polish ,toilet duck ..etc. I requested no perfumed products at all even
softners on sheets affect me. So no products were used fab fab fab. The

When the temperature of the room was colder than I was comfortable with
and there was noise from tree work in the back, our host changed our
room immediately to one which was warmer and quieter. He also suggested
an excellent dinner place which was within easy walking distance and
helped in other ways. Breakfast was tasty..although when will the Brits
stop using that 'radiator' toast hangers so the toast is cold
before the cooked part arrives! I would be happy to use Gatwick Turret

Owners very helpful & did everything to make us comfortable & welcome during our overnight stay. They also catered for our late arrival & took us to the airport the next morning as well as keeping our car safe onsite for the duration of our holiday. Buffet breakfast was included & we were able to help ourselves to what we wanted..facilities more than adequate.

Very friendly staff, very comfortable bed with ensuite bathroom and a full English breakfast. Also complimentary taxi service to the airport - The owner was welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for her. Her staff were pleasant and helpful.

It was very reasonably priced, especially considering everything that was included. The location was great - only a 5-10 min drive to the airport, and very close to Horley train station. A driver picked me up from the station upon arrival, and the hotel ordered and paid for a taxi to take us to Gatwick airport. The bathroom was exceptionally clean

Also, only a couple of minutes' walk from local shops, pubs, restaurants, banks, supermarket, etc. Ideal for Gatwick flights and visiting the capital without paying London hotel prices, esp. if travelling with children.

The owner went that extra mile or even two to ensure that everything was ok for me as I ended up arriving about 5 hours later than planned, knowing that I was travelling alone. The room was warm, the bed comfortable & I was left a message with my key to confirm my transport to the airport & time. Will definitely use again if travelling through Gatwick early.

This is an excellent option for a larger family. We were in a self contained apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with our 4 children. We had an extra bed in the small sitting area so that we could all be together. The children were very happy and had access to TV. The breakfast was varied and well made by very friendly staff.
