I liked the approach taken by staff to ensure customers were given the best of everything. staff very friendly. friendly staff. Cleanliness of the place and the accomadating staff, they were lovely, they couldnt do enough for you!!!!. Staff very friendly and sincere; lovely room for the price.. The room was lovely and really helped to relax.Clean room. was a place to stay during the night, facilities were quite good and was able to have a comfortable nights sleep. close to town and most facilities. It was near the town centre.not alot. closeness to city centre. the odd Key system. this can easily be missed inside the room and cause undue inconvenience. noise of doors ,unavailability of smoking rooms. Not a great place to stay if you are adverse to the aroma of Indian cuisine!. The location of the Hotel on a main road means that if you are unlucky you may be disturbed by passing traffic, both ex-night club pedestrians at 3 am or vehicles at all times.Breakfast was a little disappointing, no cereals offered and no choice of cooked items. The service was non-existent. Staff were not available. Had to search hotel in morning to check out. card was charged before I got there. Had only used card to book room and didn't want it charged would want asking befor payments were taken. They charging credit card before check in. They also charging card for a meals with no informing about that. It isn't possible to charge room account and pay during check out. Included continental breakfast is out-date. The room smells. There was an extra charge for breakfast - I have never stayed anywhere before where there is an extra charge for breakfast. And when I got to breakfast, there was only toast and cereal available. The whole hotel smelled of the Indian restaurant downstairs. There were toiletries left in the wardrobe from the previous occupier, which I threw away. the rudeness of the staff and the difficulty actually finding one who could speak english. Staff were unhelpful. smell of indian restaurant all over the place; cheap smelling cleaning detergents; generally cheap and dirty ambiance; breakfast was ad hoc (terrible); furniture falling apart in the room; bathroom was an inserted cubicle made of plastic where you hardly had space to sit on the toilet or brush your teeth on the very tiny sink.
