The hotel is in absolute perfect location - literally 20 m away from the tram station. Lots of charming restaurants and shops are beside or just across the hotel. All major attractions (Aya Sofya, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and Harem, Basilica Cisterna... are within walking distance (max 10 min) as well as Galata bridge on the other side (8 min by walk) and boats departure point to access Asian part of Istanbul.

The very helpful, friendly and English speaking staff, especially Ms Arvu, the manager- we just loved them. They had very clean aircon rooms, new sheets, shower/toilet & reception area. Free breakfast with great healthy choice. Good wifi reception- we were on the third floor facing the street. They always went out of their way to help us and were very honest to their limitations. They took care of shuttle service for us. Excellent place to reach the the tourist sites- easy walk and safe pl.
Perfect location to visit the main touristic attractions (Agha Sofia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace are just a few minutes walking) and really very close to the public transport. Very nice and helpful staff (thanks Ersin for your nice assistance!). Our room was very well equipped, quiet and clean. Fabulous breakfast (we also had the chance to talk a bit and interchance opinions with one of the cook's assistant). We'll definitely recommend this hotel and we look forward to be back in Istanbul!.
The hotel clean and neat with a cooperative staff. Near to the tram
station 20 meter max, all the historical places such as the Topkapi
palace, hagia sophia and the blue mosque around you within a walking
distance (less than 1 km).. Restaurants in the opposite side.. الفندق

Staff was very friendly and hospitable. I thank especially: Orhan, Ersin, Serif, Ondar, and Sarkin... they went out of their way to me me feel welcomed in Istanbul. Upgraded room for me when I found the single room to be too small. Location is wonderful; hotel is very much in the middle of the most important historical sites and tourist attractions and is easily accessible by tram. Breakfast buffet was also a nice addition to a pleasant stay.
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff is very friendly, they are always willing to help out and answer any queries immediately. They arranged pick ups from and to airport. The breakfast is also delicious with a lot of food variety. Finally, the location is excellent. It is walking distance from the Gulhane station and Topkapi palace. I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there if I ever visit Istanbul again.
The hotel has opened recently (~ 15 days ago) so the price practised (70 € per night - double room) was good value for money.
While we waited for check-in the staff offered us a drink (coffee and cappuccino).
The breakfast was varied and very good.
The room was comfortable (large bed and nice pillows). The room had a personal safe what can be handy.
to be honest every thing was more than excellent, you feel like being at home, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was good, the rooms service and the location was great. the staff were really friendly and helpful I believe if they wasn't their in some occasion to assist me i wouldn't have the great vacation I had.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and all I can say is excellent staff
(specially Serif, the guy on the reception) and very clean and spacious
room (compared to other hotels in same area)....the hotel is new
everything was perfectly as expected. Honestly I would say this hotel

Excellent location in the old town right on the main street next to metro station in Gulhane and old touristic places. Very friendly staff at the reception. Very good breakfest served in a cozy and ambient atmosphere.

Although the towels have been replaced daily, the bathroom floor gave away the room was not being cleaned each day (floor is covered in white tiles and... well you know it ;)).
The room was a bit small for our big luggage. Although this did not bother us so much.

When we arrived (in December month) the room was cold, we had to asked the staff to switch on the heating in the room. After it was warm, really warm.
There was not any problem, everything was nice. I can offer this hotel for every tourists.
Walls are thin. You can listen to all your neighbors discussion, even your far neighbors.

When I first got there I got a room so small that there was no room for
me and my wife. When I complained, they changed the room for a nice room
with a balcony.There was no place to hang clothes. I had to keep every
thing in my suitcase. Also no light on mirror to shave.
