The staff were friendly and polite. The manager spoke good English. There was a problem due to the other guests overstaying in our apartment. When we arrived after midnight, we were offered a temporary accomodation at a different hotel with free transfers by taxi, free breakfast for the whole stay, a small discount and a private car transfer to the airport following the stay. It was a very hard day and night. Romantic Mansion is a in a good location, close to everything. The size of the apartme.
