We arrived on February 2nd in the evening and the night receptionist was very pleasant and useful, but at our suprise the day receptionist was a bit unpleasant. We bought our airport shuttle ticket next door and from that time he was very unpleasant asking us to pay right away and didn't allow us to wait for the shuttle at the hotel.
