It was a home from home, which is great after staying in hotels. The facilities were excellent and the location was great, just five minutes from Puerto del Sol. The Hotel was bright and vibrant and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The room itself was a good size and was comfortable with plenty of storage space. The Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was not quite a full English but good by European standards. Location was super for direct transfers from the airport on the C1 train (2.50€) then less than 5 minutes walk. Location also excellent for Old City and you can catch a train direct to Atocha station (1.60€),

It's not a hotel in conventional way. I like the ambience and all the elegant deco with a home style. Quite and lots of privacy in good location like this is really extrodinary.
Very friendly staff provided good help on the train schedule and wifi in short/late time.
We met the hostress when leaving at the door and she was a nice lady!
Unique experience and strongly recommend to those people interested in culture.
