  All was absolutely perfect. All the facilities, the room ( frontal ocean view) with jacuzzi on the terasse, perfect size. Fabulous services. All clean, quiet. La Terrace Restaurant - spectacular breakfast, wonderful cuisine.   The size of the room was excellent, the shutters were brilliant as it made the room quiet and very peaceful, the bed was large and very comfortable the little fridge to keep drinks cool was an added bonus ! Location excellent with lots of retaurants within easy walking distance Fantastic value for money. We will be back and would definitely recomm... what people say » end the hotel to friends and family ! - Well it vas centrally located. The pool, the whirlpool and the sauna on the 7 th. Floor were nice and it was always possible to get a sun-bed. It is a very nice business hotel and no children between 2 and 13 allowed, so no screaming and yelling. In fact it is a good hotel.

  Our apartment was fabulous and had everything we needed for a wonderful luxurious holiday. The pool on our terrace was great we really enjoyed it. The apartment was kept spotlessley clean. In the evenings we enjoyed sitting on the balcony off the bedroom. The staff were so helpful and friendly and very welcoming. We will not be staying anywhere else in future, for us we will always be returni - Location, facilities in the apartment, comfort, peace and quiet, privacy, own pool, service and cleanliness,,,,,and the big comfy bed.

  I just want to warn you if you decide to book a room at the HD Parque Cristobal Tenerife hotel, becauseit might be that they cancel your reservation just before you arrive. I booked a room at the HD Parque Cristobal Tenerife on April and got a call from letsbookhotel.com that my reservation was cancelled by the hotel just a few days before the hol... what people say » idays! So we had no choice (all the hotels were already booked at Tenerfie), booked at Udalla Park hotel. Very surprised that this hotel was very goo - - rooms cleaned every day, except weekend - nice views, though on last flor so not sure how it is on others - nice swimming pool, opening hours are normal, in some hotels are even only to 6pm so 8pm in udalla is perfectly acceptable. besides you have only a few minutes walk to playa de las visitas and playa del camison - two beautiful beaches - location is very good. close to city center and main sidewalk with shops (few minutes walk). close to the ocean (same distance)

  Easy to get to, I flew into the south airport, got the city bus just outside the terminal, direct to Santa cruz bus station, walked across the road to the large department store and got a taxi to the hotel, for 5 euros. The guy ar reception was friendly and mentioned the resataurant was open, although I couldnt hear anything and it all looked dese... what people say » rted, however the cafe / bar next door is connected and I had an excellent dinner , menu of the day, for 12 euros with a beer, water, and a glass of w - very reasonable price, close to citycenter, surprisingly clean bathroom, balcony, modern-looking furniture and equippement. we booked it so we could visit the town, find it is the ideal reason to go. wifi free and OK, helful staff (if spoke english). would reccomend to most of my friends.

  The hotel is beautiful, very luxurious, and in many ways unique. The food was excellent, the staff very helpful. The nature reserve associated with it was very interesting, a real high point.

  This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I returned to this hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they are really nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Compare to the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is really value for money. Although the location is a bit remote, it just takes... what people say » me 5 mins (euro 8-10) to take a taxi to Los Cristianos or Playa de las Americas. Hotel also provides shuttle bus services though it's not as frequent - We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool
