I just want to warn you if you decide to book a room at the HD Parque Cristobal Tenerife hotel, becauseit might be that they cancel your reservation just before you arrive. I booked a room at the HD Parque Cristobal Tenerife on April and got a call from letsbookhotel.com that my reservation was cancelled by the hotel just a few days before the holidays! So we had no choice (all the hotels were already booked at Tenerfie), booked at Udalla Park hotel. Very surprised that this hotel was very goo.
all reviews » - rooms cleaned every day, except weekend - nice views, though on last flor so not sure how it is on others - nice swimming pool, opening hours are normal, in some hotels are even only to 6pm so 8pm in udalla is perfectly acceptable. besides you have only a few minutes walk to playa de las visitas and playa del camison - two beautiful beaches - location is very good. close to city center and main sidewalk with shops (few minutes walk). close to the ocean (same distance). Very close to great beach, Mercadona (supermarker) is in the next building, close to shopping area with bars and restaurants, Helpful staff, hairdryer and evth for ironing can be used for free (only deposit), to use washing machine - EUR 1, good renovated bathroom, cosy apartment. We will come back and I would definately recommend it, but only to those who do not expect luxury or brand-new furniture. The reception staff were by far the best on the island. Vanessa and Pia were wonderful. Nice bathrooms as all have been renovated. Nice clean pool area. AMAZING location. Supermarket close by and lovely bars and restaurants. Very short walk to either Los Cristianos and Las Americas for many restaurants, shops, bars, beaches. At Udalla park you get great value for money.The location was great. Lack of basic kitchen electrical appliances was a bit annoying as had to HIRE these. Most hotels have FREE Wi-Fi access if only in certain areas. there should be free wifi. walls are thin, we could hear every noise from the rooms around us. Internet works just in toilet :))). Furniture in rooms a bit old and dated. But grubby in places. Very hot at night, no air con. lifts are old; dark in hall. Wifi connection poor, tv no bbc.very little information about area and entertainment. we were the only people people in the dining room speaking english. Insects in the room, the fuse went of when using the stove. So we could not cook at all. insects in room. No air conditioning, beds like sleeping on hardboards, rooms too hot. Older equipment. no cable channels on tv. The beds to low for a older cou[ple could be higher. Beds were not comfortable, mattress was lumpy, springs could be felt digging into shoulder and hip. No air conditioning, not a problem in February but I would think it would be unbearable in higher temperatures. No kettle in kitchen. Not once in 10 days did not change the sheets. Not qualitatively room was cleaned. No air conditioning in the room, which is absolutely crazy. Pool was far to deep for children, and because of these fact we will not be returning. Could be cleaned more than twice a week, but everything after that was fine,. television was very small,no view,all facilities was by pay. rooms in urgent need of updating. the cooking facilities was bad. in the room it was smoking before and was not airy enough. Paying to watch TV, depositing money to get an electric fan and paying for Internet that allowed only one computer connection. isent you an email for refund fo no half board but sef catering but had no reply from you. So quiet no crack nobody at bar r restaurant. prices...no internet.. don't inform customers properly of services. rip off on prices.. hot room and noisy.. no air con overall, I found hotel of third world countries..like asia.. better comfortable..
