  The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was extremely comfortable, even luxurious, and within easy walking distance up a hill to the centre of Toledo. On the way there is a variety of interesting shops from which you can buy great food for lunch and there is lots of interesting Spanish architecture to see on the way. I w... what people say » ould definitely want to stay in this hotel again. - Staff were attentive, friendly, and efficient. The room was well maintained, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent value and staff were lovely. Location was super as it was within walking distance to all major tourist sites. There were plenty of excellent cafes, shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. My family and I would definitely stay there again!

  The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a nice view. We received a map of the town from the man at the front desk along with recommendations for what we should see and good places to eat. The location was the best, as it was very close to the escalators going up to the city, which saved us from a 15-20 minute walk up a... what people say » hill in the middle of the hot day. Parking was a little limited but we found a place nearby on the road which wasn't too expensive. - Very nice staff, speaks good English (probably the best for all the people I spoke to in Spain). The hotel is close to the center of old town, leverage the elevator in the nearby parking can get you to the center of the town in 5 mins, where you can ride the tour bus. My room has great view, but a lit noisy at night as it's close to the street. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. A good choice for bugdget travel.

  The room was warm large and comfortable---and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful . - Desk Manager Pablo was as helpful helpful and friendly as could be. I cannot. rate him highly enough. He put the staff in the Parador at which we stayed to shame. Nice Hotel, well positioned but very difficult to find.
