Samantha was very friendly and helpful with information. If you needed anything you just had to ask. The room was very nice, and the use of the kitchen and living room together with other travelers was very relaxed. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful host, striking views from 17th floor room, excellent level of cleanliness. Being collected from the airport was a real plus as our flight arrived in the evening.
