I hadn't realised it was all inclusive so it was a nice added bonus. Set out of hotel was very nice and relaxing - The swimming pool area. The buffet was excellent. I thought we hadbooked for bandb but it was fully comprehensive which included all drinks.

Good location if you want to see Palma, but far from the sea, so you will need to take the bus, which is very easy as the bus system is great in Mallorca. The rooms are very clean with a very good AC in it. The breakfast is ok, but can be better choice of food for breakfast, at least eggs.

The 2 guys on the desk were very welcoming when we checked in and confirmed our earlier request for an early check-in ( it was 10.30 am ) and a room on a high floor with Cathedral view. The room was a good size ( at least twice as big as we had recently in Barcelona at the same price ) Bathroom excellant with Power shower . Although on the edge of the town it's only 10 min's walk to everything . Very nice quality Bedding ! Breakfasts are good with a reasonable choice of cereals , cold meats

La Cala was closed but we were upgraded to neighbouring Hotel Playa CalaMayor -both hotels in ideal location next to beach with good views.Hotel restaurant provided excellent breakfast and dinner buffets - Bus Stop into Palma was practically outside the door and it was right by a lovely little beach. The hotel is located close to a lot of great restuarants and bars. The room we stayed in had air conditioning which was well worth it. Views from the roof top balcony were amazing daytime & night time. The staff were especially friendly and accommodating & there was always someone at reception regardless of the time to let you in.
