The situation was excellent. It was handy for visiting Palma and especially for Pueblo Español and the tourist bus. The poolside terrace was lovely and we enjoyed sitting there with drinks both in the evening and in the afternoon. Breakfast was fine. The room was quiet and we slept well. the bed was huge and comfortable. We didn't have time to make use of the gym and sauna.

What a find! A wonderful little hotel which I could not fault in any way. Great, peaceful location (by city standards). I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to return one day.Relaxing residential location. Very peaceful and relaxed and with easy access to Palma centre. location - great for access to city centre and beach (cala major). We liked the 'dressing'of the public areas - eg the old telephone exchange, birdcage etc whichgave the hotel an individual, almost boutique,style. It was like 'going back' 20 years which I thought was fun as the hotel is not 'stuffy' and pretentious. The hotel bedrooms have a lovely terrace overlooking well kept shaded gardens. In the evening you can have a drink on the terrace and also sit there in the morning to take breakfast. Bedrooms are functional but clean which is important. Parking and location easy to find. I would use again!. Pefect location (just 10 minutes walk to the bars/clubs at Paseo Maritimo), nice balconies, sauna/whirpool/fitness, free internet and friendly staff.Friendly helpful staff, convenient location, close enough to old town but out of the way enogh to be quiet. Some on the younger reception staff could know a bit more about Mallorca - which buses to choose to certain places of interests etc. Handing out old brochures is certainly not good enough.The mattresses were rather too firm! The fishpond area was lovely butthe pond needed cleaning out and aerating - a pump and a small waterfeature would really help both the pond and the atmosphere. Backgroundmusic - perhaps something Spanish/classical guitar - would have improvedthe 'ambience' in the lounge/patio areas, especially during dinner.Usual problem in Spain of people smoking in areas designated for not smoking. It was almost impossible to get away from smokers, but we appreciate that most people find it acceptable and normal.The restaurant could open a little earlier on noon.The restorant - much money for almost nothing. Staff were polite but not very friendly. more international TV channels. In the nighttime the whole hotel had a strong smell, caused by all the smoke that came out of the fireplace in the lobby.Internet connection did not work at all which was a major problem, hence the poor rating for facilities. I have never been to a hotel with so many dogs. The pool could have been cleaner and needs some maintenance. The grass area smelled of dogs. There was a lot of traffic noise.Car parking is limited and sometimes hard to find close to the hotel when returning in the evening.They gave me a room at the back without balcony. The rest of the hotel rooms looked much nicer and brighter than mine.The bed sheets should have been changed every three days. They were kept all throughout my stay.location of being on a noisy road junction. Breakfast started only at 7:30am, but that seems to be typical for Mallorca and is thus just a minor nitpick. However, there was no access control for the luggage room; appearantly any guest might walk in there and pick up any piece of luggage.in the bathroom was a bad smell. The pillows and the bed. room was very small. Staff not very polite. Old hotel, very noisy because of thin walls. Poor breakfast.
