Isla Mallorca well deserves it 4 stars the breakfast buffet had a fantastic choice. The staff were very helpful. Being in a quiet area of Palma the facillities at the hotel refelected this every thing was available. our group of 9 were very impressed.the staff - excellent trained , the room - excellent , everything was excellent.

It was new, modern, and very convenient - we had everything we needed.Very very good hotel recommended try the spa. Staff very polite and helpfull!! Clean rooms and working spa-worth of it!!. Friendly and helpful staff made us very welcome. Very good facilities.only for one night but very peaceful area. The view from the balcony in our room was wonderful - Castell de Bellver and the sea :) The hotel is in a nice, quiet part of Palma, very close to the sea, restaurants and old city. A great choice of food was offered for breakfast.Nice and quite position. The old city, restaurants, pubs are 10 minutes walking. Spa is clean and well equiped (prices for the hotel customers are also very favorable). Staff professional and nice. The staff, clean rooms, great gymandspa, nice breakfast. Our aircondition broke so we got a superior room as compensation for having to move, great!. No children therefore no noise! The spa was great. All ataff were veryfriendly and willing to speak english.Restaurant and Outdoor Hotel Facilities, Clean, tidy and very relaxing. perfect location,quiet area-i am allways staying there. Very clean and modern,good value for money.We had an amazing view from our room and the pool and pool area was very nice. Booking.Com need to revise text for Breakfast Rates which are shown as Eur 8.50 Per Night but are actually Eur 12 Hotel staff claim that was the rate 2 Years ago. If this is a pre Booking rate then please be more specific so that people realise that. The balcony was in need of some tlc as the barrier was a bit tatty.rooms were a bit noisy, thin walls so may be a problem for light sleepers, quite a business hotel so no real atmosphere. Bit of a walk from center of Palma.only 1 english channel for the tv, you shoulkd have a movie channel. A little too far from any shops or restaurants. Taxi's were easy to get though.Lack of water pressure, so no shower first day, airco did not work. It's a bit too far from the city centre. Reception was often business, long wait for service as not enough staff available.there is a parking lot next to the hotel that also serves as a gathering place for all-night partiers, making it difficult to sleep with your window open-the hotel needs to do something about this.requested double in the new block but was given a twin in the old block! Moved to double but still in old block. poor location, no internet, bar and restaurant closing early, rooms very bare and basic, hardly any decoration. the room was dusty. I wouldn't give the Isla a rating of four stars. Our room was small and fairly basic. The toilet was flushing all the time and the tap of the sink came off at one point.You could hear everything from the rooms next door. Also, the lobby was furnished with 70's chairs. In fact the whole building was from the 60's or 70's.They have few rooms new and the most very old rooms and they charge for faceliteys they have in hotel even the room safety box.

By Car:
From the airport:
-Take the motorway towards Palma.
- Once you enter Palma, continue towards the seafront and the promenade (Avenue Gabriel Roca).
- Once you reach the promenade turn right on Avenue Gabriel Roca.
- After 800 metres, turn right on to Calle Montsenyor Palmer, away from the seafront.
- At the end of the street turn left and then immediately take the first right into Calle Andrea Doria.
- Continue up Calle Andrea Doria until you see a sign for the hotel on your left-hand side near Calle Almirall Gravina.
- Turn left down Calle Almirall Gravina and at the end of the street is the hotel.

Parking:
Free parking is available close to the hotel in Plaza Almirante Churruca. Alternatively, the hotel does have a private underground car park with 20 spaces.
