It was very close to the beach, the breakfast was very good, excellent hotel for what we wanted.very friendly and helpful staff. the hotel was just what we wanted for a long weekend, friendly staff, clean rooms-hotel and good breakfast. a taxi or bus is needed if you want to go palma nova or the north end of palma harbour, but overall it was fine.

Location is good. We could use the pool even after check-out.The staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant was very good for breakfast and the staff very nice and helpful and friendly. The balcony and seaview was especially good.large room, good breakfast offer. The price was good.evening meal was not as good as the breakfast on some nights. The hotel was out away from everything, the beach, the town, bars and restaurants. And the pool didn't look too inviting. But it was February. the hill in front of the hotel can be quite challenging after 10 beers and 15 sangria. Since the wall between rooms is very thin, we could hear every noise from the next room and couldn't sleep well, though it was not 100% hotel's fault...The walls seemed to be paper thin. You could hear the slightest sounds from adjoining rooms. This was a problem on the first day since there were conversations in an adjoining room at 5 AM. They were not loud, but because the walls were thin, you could hear even the snoring of people in adjoining rooms.walls too thin, I could hear all sounds from corridors as well as from other rooms, there were no non-smoking rooms.

- Take the PM19 towards Palma -Vía de Cintura.
- Once in Palma, follow the signs towards Centro-Puerto and continue until the end of the promenade (Paseo Marítimo).
- After you pass the shopping centre Porto Pí, continue towards Marivent.
- Exit San Agustín and just 50 metres, in front of the Marivent Palace, the hotel is located.
Journey time is approximately 15 minutes (8 km).

By public transport:
Take bus route number 1 and get off at Porto Pí shopping centre.
