Fantastic location. It was perfect for us as we wanted to be near a beach and this hotel is right on the beach. Only a short bus journey from the city centre. The facilities and accomodation are excellent.the view, the view, the view...the beach, the hospitality, the room, the location, alll of the above.

The staff was polite and the services were very good. Requests were promptly answered by the staff.It was a beautiful hotel with a fantastic view! Acess to the beach and balcony with a sea view even though it is apublic beach it cost us 10 euro for a chair and umbrella. Location was great looking over the sea and Palma very accessible by bus.Breakfast good. Room was lovely.The large balcony and sun terrace, easy access to beach, cleanliness, architecture.i have stayed there for the last 5 years always good. The location of the hotel was excellent, infront of the sea.The pool small but does not matter because the sea is too close to swim at the pool. The room we had booked through the site did not have a balcony at all so we changed it,paying extra. The other room was excellent. The stuff very friendly.Closeness to beach. Gym, spa, pools.Staff are very good. The view. the view from our seafacing balcony. Maybe little to much light in recepcion bar.It could have been located in a better area. The prices for breakfast and lunch I tought a bit too much. No indoor swimming pool ,outdoor pool cold and fitness room very small although the equipment was good.The pillows were either the large round bolster type or a rather small square pillow. We prefer larger rectangular pillows. no. Nothing was included at the price. The breakfast, the parking and the spa was additional. Also the menu of the restaurants was very poor.The pool small.Breakfast overpriced. Common failing with many hotels - only English TV channels in room are news channels. Why? Programmes available in French, German Italian and Russian(?) but not English, although BBC1 available in the gym!. This is not a 5Star hotel.paying extra for breakfast . the area behind the hotel , not a 5star location.

By Air:
The hotel is approximately 12 km from Palma de Mallorca’s Son Sant Joan Airport. Taxis are readily available from just outside the airport and a taxi journey to the hotel should take about 20 minutes.

By Car (from Palma de Mallorca’s Son Sant Joan Airport):
- Take the motorway towards Palma.
- Take the exit for the Vía de Cintura- west direction.
- Take the Cala Major exit, Turn left and continue for 200 metres.

By Car (from the city centre):
- Take the seafront road towards Andraitx/Magalluf.
- Take the exit for Cala Major.
- Continue along Avda. Joan Miró for approximately 1 km.
