Good location if you want to see Palma, but far from the sea, so you will need to take the bus, which is very easy as the bus system is great in Mallorca. The rooms are very clean with a very good AC in it. The breakfast is ok, but can be better choice of food for breakfast, at least eggs. The staf is very friendly. Very good value for money you pay.

The stab was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the breakfast was good. I will return. Staff both helpfull and friendly, perfectly clean and comfortable , good value, and really well placed for visiting the city and using the bus and train stations. I enjoyed my stay and the breakfast was more than adequate for the prices charged. All the staff were very friendly, and all spoke enough English to make any query we had, easy to answer, and understand. The food at the hotel, in the evenings, is basic BUT fresh and very tasty, most excellent!. Good value for money. Once you found the route into town it only took 20 minutes. Close to Bull Ring and plenty of restaurants with good food around the area which gave very good value for money for a meal. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms cleaned everydag including Sunday, plenty of new towels. Free air condition. Ok breakfast, especially if you like pastries. Nice and quiet place with friendly staff. It is located close to Plaza de España ( about 5 minutes walk ) where is the main transportation node of the island ( buses / trains ). Breakfast was ok and hotel personnel as well. Room was clean. Good base for exploring other parts of the island. you have to rent a car if you want to stay at this hotel,is far away from the historic center. it has no fridge in the room. otherwise it is a good choice. very cheep food if you want to eat at the hotel. Reception desc always assigned, friendly personal. Close to city center and the central bus station. The staff is very friendly and helpful :). Too thin walls in the rooms. There is too laud if you have the young party people in the next room, the walls are so thin so you can't sleep at night. It was a little bit to far from center (10 min walk). But if the hotel were in the center it would be other prices and you can't "both have the cake and eat it". Yes, the wLls of t. He rooms are a it thin, and noise does communicate,but I found situation was much improved if the bathroom door was always kept shut, as this reduced the main source of noise communicated through an air vent in the rooms which opened on to a SHARED air shaft. Maybe they could provide a little more choice at breakfast, however what was there was always fresh and plenty of it. The lack of variety at breakfast as we stayed for 10 nights. No refrigerator in the room. Poorly soundproofed, there is no noise from the street but you can hear your neighbors. Breakfast is a bit poor... Breakfast only just adequate, really just cereal, bread and pastries but plenty to get you going for the day. Noise. Walls were so thin you could hear absolutely everything from next door and beyond. One room was so noisy couldn't sleep for 2 nights but did move me to a quieter room. There was noise from other rooms and elevator. Restricted volume on TV meant some stations we couldn't hear. It would nice to have the BBC news channel. The free wifi didn't work on my smart phone. Tea/coffe facitities in the room would have been appreciated. Shower fixing was not properly installed. a bit out of town but an easy and pleasant walk. For me, there wasn't anything to dislike. the soundproofing of the room should be improved and the breakfast was limited, not correctly sized to the number of people. Maybe not the best location for exploring the city, though it is close to Plaza de España it is quite far (walking) from other city interests (Port , Cathedral etc). Bar sunday closed - no tea, simple breakfast-no fruits, no spanish bread or specialities. Always something was missing at the breakfast. Poor breakfast. - dust, which was under the bed, - furniture are very old, maybe you should paint them on cream or white colour, to look them fresh, - breakfast quite poor, not the best quality, no eggs in menu, - price per night too high to what you get.
