Absolutely fabulous hotel. It was recently renovated, so everything is still new and shiny. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms (with small kitchens) are very well equipped. There was even a dishwashing machine in my room which I have never seen in any other hotel. My room also had electric window blinds, large flat screen TV with surround sound bar and a subwoofer. The hotel has premium feel with clear Nordic/Swedish design style. Perfect location in central Palma.

The staff is friendly, the location is nice and convenience, which is near supermarket , bus stop , restaurants and cafeteria. The bathroom and bedroom are clean. When we saw the room at the first time, we were a little bit disappointed because everything is too simple. But after 1 night, we considered that the budget is pretty friendly and the bedroom is so comfortable. And then we didn't expected the housekeeper was clean the room every morning. We are satisfied.

The Hotel was very good value for money, the rooms were really clean and great size. The pool area is very handy and clean. The Beach was only 2 minutes walk and its a fantastic beach. The staff were very accommodating and friendly to deal with. They minded our bags on the day of departure. -

Loved the hotel, especially the owner and his staff. This is a very friendly hotel, well located, close to the beaches. The hotel is almost on the rocky 'beach front'. It is close to the bus stops (3,104,107 ...) from where you can go either to Palma or Magaluf and also other towns which is very useful. Tip: remember to visit Maricel and Nixie hotels for coffee or lunch and if you fancy an excellent steak you can have a dinner at parrillabuenosaires.es

The hotel is located close to a lot of great restuarants and bars. The room we stayed in had air conditioning which was well worth it. Views from the roof top balcony were amazing daytime & night time. The staff were especially friendly and accommodating & there was always someone at reception regardless of the time to let you in.

Probably the best budget option in Palma. In a quiet residential area, close to Bellver castle, but only five minutes walk from the port and airport bus stop (get off at Hotel Miranda and walk up the steps to Calle Joan Miro above, then ask). Rooms are basic but well-equipped (good wifi), small, although each has a terrace to provide extra space. Good eating options nearby, without having to pay tourist prices at the port below.

Great place. Olde worlde charm right in the heart of historic Palma, very helpful staff, reasonable comfort and very cheap. Makes a pleasant change from the sanitised tourist experience you find in so many other parts of Mallorca...Only possible down side might be when there's a rowdy stag do staying because it's not the quietest place but fortuna
