Friendly helpful staff, very cheery welcome each time we entered the hotel. Beautiful minimal style room decor, very clean Gym facilities are perfect and we were the only two using the small gym each evening, with a smart tv to listen to the radio while we did! We had two balconies which was amazing to have in the evening, albeit just big enough for two to sit on. The high points for us were the staff and high attention to detail in relation to design of the rooms and public spaces....we love t.
all reviews Absolutely fabulous hotel. It was recently renovated, so everything is still new and shiny. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms (with small kitchens) are very well equipped. There was even a dishwashing machine in my room which I have never seen in any other hotel. My room also had electric window blinds, large flat screen TV with surround sound bar and a subwoofer. The hotel has premium feel with clear Nordic/Swedish design style. Perfect location in central Palma. The location, right at the heart of the Old Town, but just off the tourist trail so you get the feel of the real Palma. The space of the rooms and the views from the pool deck on the roof. The feeling of being in your own place... very friendly staff and excellent service....left bag in taxi and really helped search for it! very comfortable and all essentials for an apartment. high standards of hygiene. rooftop views and comfort are superb. I loved the hotel and the room was excellent. The people in the reception were very friendly and helpful. This time I went with a friend, but next time I'll bring my family. Thank You!. As this is a new establishment the room and it's contents were in tip top condition. All the kitchen utensils were great, and satellite TV was a real bonus. Absolutely everything. The only downside was the location of a soup kitchen outside the hotel but we did not have any issues with those queuing for it, and the hotel always had someone on reception, for security. But I understand given the current economic situation, soup kitchens are required, it just may put guests off having to walk past so many people each day. The only thing I can mention is that the rooms may be a bit small if you travel as a family with children. This is a thoroughly modern hotel in a beautifully reconstructed building. But low marks to the interior designers who persist in semi-see-through dividers between bedroom and en-suite loo. What's with this? The breakfast could be improved. A little out of the main shopping/eating areas of Palma. That we did not get any balcony as it said at letsbookhotel.com. Only there for three days. rooms did not cleaned on a daily basis - had to remind them 2 times. Bed a little uncomfortable due to space down the middle as really two beds put together. Sofa under TV so cricked neck and sore back unless rearranged the furniture. The initial difficulty in finding the hotel due to the maze of streets. nothing. Taxi driver didn't know location Pool very very small. toooo noise. The air con hardly worked the 4 days we were there. Unacceptable especially for what they charge - they are top end for top end prices so should have air con that works. cleaning of apartments to late in afternoon may be more staff required for this.
