  The hotel was very comtempary! Loved it! Location was a little far away from anywhere but excellent metro service. Staff were brilliant with us, when we arrived there was a problem with one of the floors "technical problems" but they sent us to the Hilton Hotel instead - no extra cost! The last night was at the Silken Hotel and they gave us a up... what people say » graded room for the problems. Can't fault them! - Location to the Metro was nice and easy to find with a landmark (egg building) right next it. Room was very spacious, room for luggage too! The front desk folks were extremely nice and spoke many languages. All in all, we would definitely stay there again.

Even we managed to walk to Placa de Catalunya where we catch the Aerobus to the airport. Facilities are complete and working perfectly, with adequate towels provided daily.   Enjoyed the location for getting to the City Tours and for feeling save. Front desk staff were competent in English which was a big help for us.   We stayed in 3 bedroom duplex. Very comfortable, spacious with a lot of facilities. The apartment was cleaned once during our stay. Location is fine, near Park Güell, but be aware that it takes over 30 minutes to reach Cuitadella (beach) station by Metro. A few facilities were not working, but on our request were fixed the next day. There was also a local Condis convenience store few doors down which helped and the local El Carmel me to station was 10 minutes walk down the road
