Very good hotel, looks perfect, very clean, very nice rooms, big space, very clean bathrooms and near a big commercial center where you have discounts if you stay at this hotel and 5min. distance walk from the Metro station. The hotel staff is very kind; they help you with every problem or question you have. ( I was good impresed ). It is an excellent Hotel, the quality-price ratio is superior to many hotels in Europe, it looks like it has more than 3 stars. The nearest metro station is just 8 minutes walking and you can get to Plaza Catalunya in just 4 stops.

Went to Barcelona for the weekend to watch football with some friends. Very clean and close to the metro station.Location, the furniture and the services. is not far away from the tube,close to a mall,2 stops away from arc du triumf where you are dropt in case that u come with the bus from barcelona girona airport. Very clean and peaceful hotel. High standard at a low price. it's not far from the center of the city. modern facilities, good breakfast, efficient staff. Friendly staff, English speakers.clean, comfortable rooms, nice hotel staff - nobody bothered us, although we only slept in the hotel and spent the days outside. I asked for the room on the top floor and see-side view and I got one, although there is not much of the see to be seen and the window only opens a bit. The hotel is not much in the city centre but it's only 5-7 minutes away from a metro station Glories from where everything is reachable. the hotel is good overall save for some staff with unpleasant dispositions. Breakfast was good. Convenient location. Proximity to where I wanted to go, safe in room and it felt safe -nothing more was good. maybe the only thing is that the hotel is not near Las Ramblas but you have the metro and you can go there quickly. There is no room service. Nothing at all. Noise in the morning, it was impossible to sleep after 7 AM , the room was with the street view. However I enjoyed the hotel. The high price of the breakfast (compared to room rate). distance from centre. A little bit far from the closest subway station, but accessible via bus or tram (T4/T5). The parking is very tight. You must have experience to drive inside.The only problem we encountered was that the mini-bar was not well equipped - only some water and soft drinks - no wine or beer and the staff was not ready to deliver any late at night. apart from staff with unpleasant dispositions to the point of rudeness, this was the only hotel in our entire tour who asked for payment on the day of arrival. as a group organiser/leader i have always paid the other hotels on the day of departure but this one reeks with bias and discrimination.the bed was not very comfortable. A more powerfull shower would be good. The food in Andys cafe was not good. Food atrociously bad as was restaurant service. ALthough other deskstaff were helpful - those on duty when I checked in were most unhelpfuland appeared to not speak any english. Mini bar contained nothing butwater so hardly worth calling a mini bar.
