Everything was perfect. The staff spoke perfect english and they were super accomodating. they lent us an umbrella to go out, kept our luggage in storage because we showed up early and even got us a room earlier than we were supposed too. room service food was very good. Everything about this hotel was wonderful to us. It was our honeymoon and we stayed in various hotels and this was the best one. all reviews »
Hotel location was great. It's very close to the beach and the city centre is only 10 min away with metro. Closest metro station is 10 min walk from the hotel. The area is very pleasant and quite. No bar/refrigeretor in the room and outside the hotel it was a strange smell like urine!!!. our bathhroom had an unpleasnat smell. the sauna was tiny and could barely have 2 persons. More information about the local transportation. small room, bathroom interior design. not wifi. very small room and corridor, all noises from corridor in the room and vice versa. When greeted by reception was treated very rudely by an employee of Front Maritim. The TV in the room was positioned in a corner away at the far end of the room. We were unable to see the TV from the bed....also there was a terrible smell coming into our room from the street.Wireless internet didn't work. Room phone didn't work so had to run up and down to reception to try to sort internet (they did offer to change my room). Food not brilliant and breakfast quite expensive. Would use hotel again for pleasure but not for business as lack of e-mail was very inconvenient. I have recived a very noise room and the bed was not confortable. small rooms, no mini bar in the room, staff. The price of the breakfast; No view on the sea;. The restaurant was a rip off, and the service extremely poor. The chemical smell that was in our room and the effect that it had on both of us. The very poor food in the dining room. The manager's absence because it was the weekend. The hardness of the beds. The dreary and tired quality of the decorations.

-Taxi: it cost around 30 € ( depending on luggage). It takes 25 minutes to get our Hotel.
From Catalunya Square, if you have arrived by bus or train, you will have to take :
-Bus: number 41. Destination Diagonal Mar / Forum. Our stop: Selva de mar. The hotel is 1 minute walking distance. The bus takes 15 minutes and you have 1 bus every 5 minutes.
-Metro: yellow l Urquinaona station ) Line number 4. Urquinaona is close to Cataluquare (1 minute walking distance) Behind “El Corte Inglés” a big comercial centre. The underground takes 10 minutes and our station is “Selva de Mar street”, the hotel is at the end of this street. By the beach.
