Cleaning staff very friendly and efficient. Reception same. Nice new room, easy public transport access. The location of the hotel. A really friendly staff, ready to help, pointing out every interesting sight in the city on a map thay gave me at my arrival.Close to metro. Locality tp a metro station. It is very close to Metro station. Just in front of the Hotel. Nice service. We made check in at 11.00. The room was very clean. The swimming pool is really small !(5x5).

There was only one mirror - located in the bathroom - another one in the the main part of the room would have been useful. No mini bar. No room safe. In my experience of other hotels of the same rating, I would say it is best described as 3 star, not the 4 star is states (and prices reflect). The cleaning was not enought. Noisy rooms.... bad service from front desk. The staff were not very accomodating, bed wasnt comfortable. No english speaking personnel, no minibar, elevators not working correctly, no internet connection, phone calls very expensive. the hotel was definitely not a 4 star hotel. and was very dissapointing. the lovely pictures on the website, look nothing like the actual rooms. which were recently renovated about 15 years ago... the bath was very old and not very clean, there was no minibar in the room , and the safe required extra charge of 5 euros per day !!! definitely did not get value for money! should be a 3 star hotel ...The rooms are very small and not very clean! many things didn´t work well! we can´t believe that was a 4* hotel! we had better rooms in some 2* hotels! We love the city and will go back but surly not to this hotel!. small and dirty room, too unkindly staff. I did not like the fact that I booked believeing that it was a 4 star hotel and it was not.
