Upon arrival, the hotel clerk was very helpful and friendly; we were even offered an upgrade at no cost. The location is nice if you use buses to reach near places like the Ramblas & Plaça Catalunya and the metro station to reach the far places as it is a little bit far 10-15 minutes walking to Hospital Clinic or Universtat stations and you will change Lines. I liked the new furniture.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was located in a nice, quite area but close enough by the Metro to get to anywhere in the city. A very good value for the money. - location was very good for sightseeing and there was a supermarket in front of the hotel. room was clean and staffs were kind.

I LOVED the bed! The room is soundproof so it was very convenient lol. Loved the tv in the bathroom. Room is very stylish, comfy, the couch is huge and soft. The bed was really comfy and big. Slept like a baby. -
