Staff very nice and helpful.I would say the nicest hotel staff I've ever come across to.Reception and rooms very nicely decorated.Internet access in each floor.Very conveniently situated;closest metro station is Urgel (5min) and a bus stop is right outside the hotel.Only a few min away from Placa Catalunya by bus.Bus A1 to the airport stops only a few blocks away from the hotel.I definetely recommend it.

I really liked staying here, the decor is very contemporary and I was even happier to see there were some English stations on the satellite tv. The staff were very helpful in giving information about the night life and the city attractions.The rooms were very nice and the overall aura was comforting and classy. I especially liked that they had two computers that were internet capable near the elevator lobby of each floor. The lighting was impressive as well. What an improvement!. It was the first time we were in Barcelona and we did not have much time to "analyze" the room and the facilities. But, as long as we staid in the room, everything was great. Easy to access the city, not to far from the main part if you use the metro. It is easily less than a 5 minute walk to get there. There was 2 PC at every floor for public use. nothing, nothing, nothing !!!!. Window was a bit too small. wafer-thin walls. the only negative was that the lighting along the hallways were too dark, I understand they want to save on electricity, but it was eery to walk iin very dark hallways. but everything else was just perfect. this is not a complaint, just a remark. The rooms had poor insulation - you could here what was going on in the next room and in the corridor very easily.
