The room was spacious, chic and comfortable, with an amazing view. The staff were very helpful and the facilities (bar, pool, spa etc) were all very good. The location is great for exploring long street and other areas around there.

Apartment hotel room was large and fully equipped for extended stays and had an excellent location close to eateries and clubs and added plus a great view of Table Mountain. - Great Location. Amazing Service. Parking a bit expensive, but you can park outside for cheaper. Even overnight!!

This place was absolutely wonderful! The staff are extremely friendly and always helpful. It is minutes away (walking) from downtown Cape Town and a 20 minute taxi ride from beautiful Table Mountain, which you have an amazing view of from the hotel itself. Also, there are several wonderful and affordable restaurants right across from the lodge!! -

This hotel lived up to all our expectations and more. We arrived at 10.30am and expected to just leave our luggage, but we were given our room straight away. The staff is extremely knowledgable and friendly, the hotel is almost a B&B but with private facilities, easy to walk to most in town attractions, excellent breakfast very good and convenient before the start to the day, good connection to WIFI. I was very much satisfied with my stay at the hotel. I got an outstanding service, the place is very much comfortable. i was very much impressed by the fact that i paid for my internet access voucher for wireless, but when they found out that the server was done, i was kindly refunded.

... what people say » ugh the guest review was not very encouraging and I had booked two two double rooms, when we checked the hotel staff upgraded us to a penthouse double room with a kitchen and Hall room without extra payment. I must thank the hotel for this consideration. Overall it was an amazing experience.
