Penelope is a great host, she recommend great vineyards for wine tasting and offered great assistance whenever needed. She offers a great full breakfast with fruit, croissant, yogurt, cheese, eggs, etc.. The breakfast is served on her garden terrace . It is very, very clean. It was lost for 3 days and I had n - I could not have picked a better hotel in which to celebrate my husband's 30th birthday. Although I made my booking the night before our arrival, the staff at Asara went above and beyond to make our stay special, even having a delicious cake and champagne ready in our room much to my husband's delight (and I didn't even request this!). Breakfast the next morning was perfect and the setting in which we found ourselves helped us relax and enjoy our little escape to its fullest.

Due to the off season period it was very quite. A bit artificial but a beautiful place to be. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The Moyo and the Jonkershuis restaurant are both advisable as well. - The relaxing atmosphere, the decor in the lounges and the friendliness of the staff.
