Staff at Reception was extremely helpful and friendly. As I was travelling alone, the fact that the room was so close to reception, was great. The lodge is located superbly - close to town, but still with all the lovely views of the mountains (which was covered with snow the next morning)!. everything, lovely stay will recommend it to people, so accomodating with early check in, nothing was to much trouble for the staff. breakfast was great, very pleasant stay overall!.

Travelling information

From Cape Town International Airport:

• Follow the signs from the airport to N2 towards Somerset West
• Drive straight on the N2 until you get the Stellenbosch/ Somerset West off-ramp – R44
• Turn left at the top of the off-ramp towards Stellenbosch
• Drive approximately 15km
• Please note the Kleine Zalze Wine Estate signage on your left
• Turn left at the Technopark turn off, and turn left again at the mini circle towards the Kleine Zalze gate.
• Enter security gate and drive until you see the sign for the Lodges
