  i would like to commend on 2 staff - Margot at the front desk who heled to check us in for her excellent customer service!   staff was very helpfull and i appreciate they give them best to us..especialy eriq. - The staffs were generall friendly but lack of information for placesand not very willing to look up the internet for it. Felt helpless inthat sense.

  A good hotel close to kl Sentral with communication to klia or to the city (I.E. klcc). You could easily walk to the station from the hotel. However, not with your heavy luggage. We had a nice suite with two rooms and a kitchen on the eigth floor facing the pool. The rooms were good but the cleaning could (as always) have been better. The pool are... what people say » a was good but the music at was annoying. We asked them to turn down the volume several times and they did but after 10-15 minutes the volume was back - Rooms are really spacious. The twin room is actually room with 2 queen-size beds, so it easily accommodated 2 adults with 2 kids. The pool is very nice, with a smaller pool for kids. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from KL Sentral, and on the way you can see an oldtown coffee restaurant. Hotel provided free shuttle to KLCC, but not too many. When I asked the customer service, it says there is no need to book the shuttle, and the rule is early arrival early served, but when I arrived 10 minutes earlier

  very accessible to malls and food places, public transportation is just at the doorstep, can easily go around the city being at the most ideal part of the city - The view from 33th floor was amazing.my 2 bedroom apartment was great for family.the staff nashir also very cooperative and efficient.
