I felt the interior of the room was a bit dated for a four star hotel.Room service would take away soap we'd use to shower with and notsupplier new soap, so we didnt have any soap for shower. The beds were hard and the internet was over priced.the lobby, too small. change the buffet breakfast menu, the same menu since my first stay in the 90s. Breakfast time was always crowded, I went for breakfast between 8:00 a.m till about 9:00 a.m but it seems that there is limited tables. B1 parking lot is always full and no access to B2 unless you exit and enter again to access B2.The reception performed poor services. Welcome smile is lacking when you check in at the hotel.When i requested a room nearer to the lift, i meant the "guest lift" not the "employees lift". My room was the last room at the floor. The front counter employee suddenly turns unfriendly when i akcnowledge him that i've booked via internet.Wonder why... Staff are not very frindly. The room's watering system is not working properly and I realise that in the middle of the night, very noisy. the sound from the room next door is also heard. Interior was old and in need of maintenance; Mashrooms (fungus) in bathroom; Shower not working; Several times no hot water (only luke warm); Forgot to put drinking water in the room four days in a row; Didn't clean the room once. 1. I stayed first for 4 nights from 2 Aug 08 to 07 Aug bookede for 2 rooms, one room for 207 RM the other for 175 MR,total of 1800 RM with Tax Ipaid 1910. 3. the second time the female manager chrged me 207 MR for both rooms a night total of 3726 MR, when i talled that this is not the price of 3240 MR that we agreed on when i booked she didnt have an answer but to take the money, if she chrged me. the front desk - the guy who served me had an appalling attitude, cutting corners, charging my credit card upfront without asking for my permission and then explaining that his credit card machine had broken down and thus could not just take an imprint of the crad only. Dirty and not worthless.
