Near LRT plaza rakyat and Pudusentral bus station that you can get Genting from here. Breakfast is good taste and I love comfort pillows and bed. If you request city view , you can see both petronas tower and KL tower.hotel shuttle bus to masjid Jamek , kl sentral, little India and Bukit bintang but only one trip per day. I recommend this area more than Bulit bintang because monorail is cloud of people and wait for long time than LRT.

Clean hotel, friendly helpful staff, value for money. Taxi Cost RM 80 from airport, RM60 back to airport. Approx 35mins walk to KL tower/Petronas tower area. RM40 in taxi to Batu Cave. Beside Chinatown. Friendly helpful and courteous staff. Good size bed and room. Excellent location to Chinatown &Central Markets. Excellent breakfast selection. Very Clean and quiet. Good selection of tv channels. I like the facilities arrangement and window design. Cleanliness meet to my expectation. This hotel nearest Puduraya and LRT. Also surrounding area have Kota Raya, Maiden and Petaling Streets. Being a filipino and with filipino staff on ojt, it was a pleasant experience... Great location we arrived really early they had checked us in at no extra charge free wifi had no problems we were on the 8th floor friendly staff. Did not mention to staff so cannot comment on how quickly this may /may not have been attended to. Staff need to little bit smile when communicate with guests. Room 515, when toilet flushes need to repeat at least 3 time to clean it. Nothing. Ask for a room with a view of the twin towers, we were given rooms on the Ancasa floor without a view which were not worth the extra money. Do not book a taxi via the concierge, just go outside of the hotel and take a taxi from the taxi stand in front. The surrounding area is the only place where we saw traffic at snails speed in KL. Not a family-friendly area. There is Nothing dislike this Hotel. Well should have more menu for room service and limited tv channel sometimes bored in the room with repeated movies. Breakfast is poor , doesn't cost 13$ (even if included) Small shower. The room was on the small side but acceptable, the restaurant was poor value for money, we only ate there for one night due to heavy rain, wish I had got wet instead. Nothing really... Toilet keep getting blocked and have a pet hate of shower certsins so unhygienic my option but won't stop me from staying there again . The decor needs an upgrade. Wifi signal not detected in my room. Need to go outside of my room to use wifi... would be nice to have a pool. The row parking space too small for my MPV. Night trip was expensive. we have gone to genting via batu caves. I believe driver provided by ancasa cheated charging 220 Ringgit. The choices of menu for breakfast is too limited. i dont like the bathroom its old enough. Wi Fi was dismal, none in room and very poor in public areas. Had booked a superior room but wasn't available so accepted a smaller room. When asked for discount they said wait till I checked out. When I checked out they refused and insisted I had been upgraded even though the room was much smaller & it was a queen bed instead of a king. newspaper nst. Room service was a little slow. .... hotel parking space. Space in wash room is horrible. Internet was very slow. hotel cannot provide room number when my booking is confirm. Did not give me a double bed as requested. Safe was locked when I entered room, asked service staff to assist but did not come. We were treated rudely by the staff from the coffee house during breakfast; hotel staff need to smile more when communicating with guests; room was not ready to check in yet when we came back around 3.50pm; in-room toilet a bit small and no hand shower; there was no bath towel provided when I check in and need to call housekeeping. Restaurant. I didnt like that bathroom , was soooo small and the flush toilet wasnt working during night , and iv phoned reception and been told would send someone to check , but no one came .its funny coz it bk to work auto in the morning . The front desk, cafateria, doorman staff should be more friendlier, smile more.. make us feel welcome and comfortable.. (not all) The path/road to the main door of the hotel - Too steep. Dangerous for those who walk or those with kids... Too crowded with public busses n taxis parking infront of d hotel. Not that convenient to park my car. Loud talking noise from the next room via the adjoining door. Basically, inconsiderate users. Bathrooms could be cleaner as there were black Stains on wall.towels n bedsheets very old. Otherwise its a excellent hotel with gd location. Location was oke, but not optimal. Hotel is near a subline between the monorail line and the red line. So each time you take a metro you need change lines to get to the main shopping area's. But other that that it is a great hotel. Even though i increased the temperature of the air conditioner, it doesn't seem to respond and the room is still very cold for me. I hate they purchase from my credit card extra 200rm so far its not refund . I need my money back plss revert to me my credit card account.
