  I stayed with my family in a two bedroom suite. we reached the place earlier than the hotel's check in time yet we weren't asked to pay extra bucks for the early check in,which was what we all expected at first; plus our room was made available in just a few minutes after we have confirmed our booking. Only that you'll - Loved how the staff weren't intrusive but were kind and efficient in their service. We had our airline tickets printed - as offered by the front office, free of charge. The cookware and utensils were sufficient, making it feel like home. Check in and check out was quick and fast. The location was great as the bus station is just around the corner along with the grocery that had everything you wanted. Also, on our first day we had trouble with the electrical outlets of the room, the maintenance

  This is my second time stayed there with 2 old folks and 2 young children. As always, the staffs there are friendly and helpful. And, room are comfort and cosy. My children are slept well throughout the whole night. - Quite privacy..

  A good hotel close to kl Sentral with communication to klia or to the city (I.E. klcc). You could easily walk to the station from the hotel. However, not with your heavy luggage. We had a nice suite with two rooms and a kitchen on the eigth floor facing the pool. The rooms were good but the cleaning could (as always) have been better. The pool are... what people say » a was good but the music at was annoying. We asked them to turn down the volume several times and they did but after 10-15 minutes the volume was back - Rooms are really spacious. The twin room is actually room with 2 queen-size beds, so it easily accommodated 2 adults with 2 kids. The pool is very nice, with a smaller pool for kids. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from KL Sentral, and on the way you can see an oldtown coffee restaurant. Hotel provided free shuttle to KLCC, but not too many. When I asked the customer service, it says there is no need to book the shuttle, and the rule is early arrival early served, but when I arrived 10 minutes earlier

  very accessible to malls and food places, public transportation is just at the doorstep, can easily go around the city being at the most ideal part of the city - The view from 33th floor was amazing.my 2 bedroom apartment was great for family.the staff nashir also very cooperative and efficient.
