Ms Tay graciously helped us sort all these out without a misstep. Location-wise a quick stroll down to the riverside and a 5 min jaunt up to Top Spot - The hotel is very well run, comfortable rooms and generous range of food for breakfast. The reception staff were extremely helpful - they booked a hire car and taxis for us, organised a tour bus to come to the hotel to pick us up, and gave us advice on day trip destinations.
