  All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were really cozy and homey, and MY GOODNESS THE PILLOWS. They were so comfortable that my boyfriend and I felt like smuggling a pair home. Relaxing on the beach with white sand between our toes and the turquoise ocean to cool down in (30 degrees centigrade water temp). Good restaurant with nice variety. Barbecue in the evening with the best fresh fish. Good clean rooms. Friendly staff.

  Perhentian islands beautiful. Accomodation basic beach hut but clean and comfortable. Staff very efficient and friendly. Food good, the best by far on Besar and value for money. Buikding work going on whilst we were there, that I feel we should have been told about before hand. This was disturbing during the day. It didnt spoil our holiday as we w... what people say » ent by water taxi to nearby Turtle Beach which is a must do for anyone visiting Perhetian. - We loved it here, the rustic chalets have 24 hr power, hot water and we had a water view which we loved. We snorkelled every day (no fins allowed), saw monkey, flying fox & monitor lizard at the top of the stairs. Staff were very nice and helpful. What more do you need? Note: bring a refillable water bottles to fill in the restaurant and put in your fridge to get cold every day

  Awesome hotel. We could check in early at about 8am in the morning with no extra charges given the rooms were not fully occupied. Each of the rooms were surrounded with forest so you get both the sea and green. The rooms were clean and spacious enough.The deluxe bed also big. There was a fridge but no kettle. But the hot shower was so hot(the high... what people say » est point), you can even make noodle mee and coffee with it. Given what we paid, it's definitely worth our money.The beaches surrounded the hotel are - Shari-La's proximity to the jetty and Coral Beach make it an excellent location. The chalets are clean and of a good standard and the view from the chalet I was given was over the beach and made it that bit nicer, on my previous stay in October I was further in the complex and had no view but it didn't bother me at all. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea is calm and relaxing. I will be going back again at the end of March and I'm looking forward to it!
