We liked that they made up a sofa bed for our 4 year old. The pool bar was great and our daughter enjoyed her jet lag while jigging with hipsters of KL late into the night. The view of the towers from the bar is great. If shopping is your thing then it's right beside a huge mall. And 2 minutes walk to the aquarium but to be honest it was a bit depressing.
We were only there for two nights with one full day so I can't really say if it's a great location. You can't get more central though.

The hotel is situated in a great safe location, 10 mins walk to the Petronas Twin Towers, 1 min walk to the Monorel Station that connects well with the KL Central Station and the airport train from there - Nice pool, excellent exercise room. Friendly staff, rapid check in/out despite it was rush season, room & hotel faciliteies all in 18th. Floor. Self laundery in each floor cost 18RM only for 6kilo cloths.
Gym is ok and 2 room with Xbox 360 and wiil
Location is just right for shopping areas and restaurants.
Staff were very friendly and helpfull
I am an airline crew and spend more then half of my life in hotels
Fracer place really impressed me.
I think cause it was so practical for us with our child that every thing we needed was available

The location. It is great because just across is The Pavillion, our
favourite shopping jaunt.The staff. They were very helpful and friendly.
They let us check in immediately upon arrival at noon even though the
check in time is after 3 pm and let us extend the check out time until 4

The hotel is a 5 starts, staff friendly and always smiling.
The breakfast is amazing with a lot of variety I really love it specially the bakery section was really lovely
Room is specious and clean
Kids club is nice but not for free 20 MR for the first hour then 15 MR per hour
The hotel is in the heart of shopping area opposite there Pavillon and with 2- 5 mints walking there are 4 to 5 big shopping malls and nice restaurants

I love this hotel, for an overnighter between flights it is a much better alternative than the airport hotels as right at central station and much better value, and nicer than Sama Sama at airport. Fabulous comfortable rooms, great bathrooms, upgrades if available and good room service meals. Very convenient location next to Sentral station makes it so easy to connect to the airports. Great facilities - pools, spa, good restaurants and food choices. I stayed on the executive floor which is always a pleasure. Meridian is attached to the Hilton and you can walk through to use their coffee and food outlets and bars etc.

Compared to The Nomad SuCasa Hotel, where my sister and I stayed for the
first three nights, Seri Pacific was just awesome and $20 cheaper as
they had discounted rates at that time. We loved everything: very cosy
and clean rooms, great room service, spa was fantastic, most of the
staff was very professional, great view to the hills, railroad, and
canal, good location, despite the mall across the road is under
reconstruction, the hotel is within 25 min walking distance from the
