Oh,where I should start! We booked this hotel due positive review on booking,and we didn't regret! It was the greatest decision,since it made our stay in kl even more unforgettable! We had a flight at 2am in the morning, our checkout was at noon. We were offered to use the facilities after checkout (traders lounge, shower at the spa) at no addition costs. Hotel offers a free shuttle service to the hotel opposite the park. It's a 5 minute walk, but the shufftle brings you from Trad. Wow, the views from the room were breathtaking. I felt like I could touch the petronas towers. At night they sparkle. The hotel was gorgeous too. Very modern but grand design. The staff were very lovely. The overall stay was quite expensive. When booking via letsbookhotel.com you don't take VAT into consideration. However, it was worth the experience and was a lovely hotel. Nothing. Had non-smoking room, but it smelled like smoke. Also, requested (via email) for a room with a view, but they said they didn't receive my request and they didn't have any of those rooms available. - Hotel's rates are higher compared with online booking. Not applicable. In-room dining food quality was not good + delivery to the room took a long time. Everything was perfect. Absolutely nothing. Price of the drinks way too expensive. Sky bar is a nice place for a drink at night but swimming pool is taking too much space + we could obviously notice some working girls on the Friday evening. You can't see them unless you will sit close to the window. You have no chance to open the curtains because the other wing of the hotel is looking at your windows. The other problem appears if you try to get your miles for Miles&More account. I have never managed to get the miles for my stay in Traders...But there are the minor points. Disappointed with POOL area....made a major BIG difference in returning. If not for that would be back....I would recommend hotel but also let someone know about the pool. Only having time for a one night stay!. a little bit on the expensive side but justifiable. Having to leave !!!. The furnitrure looks a little old.Such as the table, there are a lot of mottled marks on the table. The atmosphere of sky bar on the 33 floor is not good enough, but a good scenery. I didn't like specific smell in the hotel's corridors and receptions area right next to the restaurant on the 5th floor. There are no negative comments. No bad experiences at all. Nothing. Not much of a check in, they just give you your key card... Don't offer a map or provide any further information about the hotel or the city itself. The staff working in the bars are very slow. Don't order a drink if your in a rush!.
