The location as the shoppig area is walking distance.accessible to public transportation. Good Location and friendly staff. Good security downstairs; very clean lobby and cafe; cold drinking wateravailable on 2nd floor; newspaper, free internet and buffet breakfastincluded in price (but 'hot' breakfast items usually a bit cold!).Shower hose was not working properly but was fixed promptly. The room was clean especially the bathroom.location, access to public transport. nice service, kind staff . It is my 3rd visit in Citin Hotel. Last I stayed from June 28 to June 30, 2012. I prefer this hotel due to good location.Recently I have been hurtled little bit hearing some words from the person working in Reception Desk.All other things are average have a good scope to improve.

The price of FandB at Citin Cafe is very attractive and the staff there served us very well.Location is strategis, very close to Pudu Raya Bus Station.its right infront of the bus terminal. Accessibility to the city. the staff was nice. Cleanliness.Very good location if you use the puduraya bus station. KL sentral (KLIA Express) just a few metro station. China Town 5 minutes walk, where you can find thousands of great food court and restaurants.Very near to Pudu bus terminal so is very suit for person who first time to KL city.its a walking distance to a lot of places. This is good that they give us one family room for my family with young kid. It is ok for family with one kid.
The breakfast buffet is quite delicious and well managed for international guests. . Location is really strategis; It is exactly accross the Pudu Raya Bus Station. The price even is not really cheap, but reasonable.Its within walking distance to petaling street and lrt station. and gettingaround is easy and convenient.The restaurant manger in the Cafe was very helpful. sleep. It was cheap and very close to the bus terminal in KL.walking distance to Puduraya Bus Terminal. Hassle free check in and check out. Very poor for what i payed. The cheap room rates. Bathroom looks appalling, but we got used to it. Bedroom has obviouslyhad a makeover not too long ago, so don't know why the bathroom wasn'tdone. The mould in the tile grout is horrible and very off-putting whenshowering. Bathroom is cleaned everyday but looks awful. Also, floorslopes the wrong way so rest of bathroom gets flooded. Shower hose hookmissing and totally inadequate shower 'screen'.The room rate was totally different from the rate I had booked before.
Thru the internet,it mentioned RM76.But I had to pay RM110.
The aircon switch was slightly broken.
BTW,I will definitely stay in this hotel in the near future. . Although the area is clean,, may add some air freshener for more comportable feeling before sleeping. . Do not provide individual hair dryer and water kettle at the room. We need to go down to 2nd floor to take hot water.The frontline staff were not up to our expectations in managing our concerns and feedback.Do not provide water kettle at the room. The sound proof between room by room also not so good.the space is way too small.Definately not suitable for those who has a lot of baggage. The lift on the right side not going to my level (7). i am upset to wait for another lift to go to my room.
Toilet seat in my family room is loose and drop when i sit on it.
The TV set of twin room that my mother was stayed is not watchable. Channel are too blur. We did not contact to operator because we are staying just for one night. I hope these feedback will be helpful for quality service. Thanks .Environment is too noisy; Traffic problems; All the taxi, cars, buses park in the pedistrains that makes no space for people to walk. Lobby is full of smoke smell, maybe some guest is smoking at the lobby. I hope next time if the hotel staff see someone smoking at the lobby area, please kindly stop them.Surrounding area is very noisy. Selection of food for room service islimited, and the staff is not friendly.Too small and cramp. I can't use internet at night because cafe is close 7 pm.yes some particular that we dun really happy about ur hotel is d bed is so uncomfortabe and d bedsheet i think had been reuse not clean but other than that is fine..very small room and bath room, no amenities, bed is very uncomfortable, I have never stayed like this room earlier. This hotel room is very small and bath room shower hose punctured and also toilet flush was not working,toilet flush cover found broken but didnt repair even after 3 nights staying. Complementary coffee powder was also not replinished daily.No drinking water in the room. Drain in bath room is very poor.
