Our room was large and beautiful. We upgraded to a Superior room and this is one time we could really tell a difference. The bed was extremely comfortable, as were the pillows. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the staff was very attentive.The location was about 5 minutes to Termini and the Metro. We will recommend this hotel to friends and would definitely stay there again.

You can easily use public transportation like bus,metro,train etc. It is a very clean hotel and double deluxe room is very big and spacious. The bathroom is very clean and everything you need is in it.Also the electric kettle/complimentary tray of tea and coffee is a good comfort.Best hotel for tourists.Almost Everything. All the way from the smell in the hall to the nicepillows and calmness of the room. Staff was also very nice and helpful,down to earth people who helped. Sometimes the receptionists were not customer oriented. But I think this is a problem of Italian service in general (I have to say this). Anyway most of them were really helpful.If the breakfast could be till 11am instead of 10.15am it would be sooo much better as to some people it's dificult to wake up after very long walks in the night city. centralised heating and air conditioning - the room was boiling when we got in so had to keep the window open every night. Also, its expected to provide 2 paris and not 1, of slippers and robes in a twin room - nothing major though.Pricey. bath was small. Poor quality breakfast. room was a little small. Not really - sleep sofa could use one of those slabs that you put under the mattress for better support. the front-office personal will need a lot of training to do right the job they're doing and we're listening (unfortunatly) to a very loud noise of the water running down the pipes. Not necessarily a fault of the hotel itself but it is a little way fromthe main hubs of activity for an evening's entertainment. However,having said that it was nothing that a short taxi ride didn't sort out. We would have liked breakfast to begin earlier, perhaps 6 a.m., so we could have eaten before having to leave.the lighting in the room. there were only two lamps by the bed and no lights bedside the mirror for when i was doing my hair or makeup. Due to some misunderstanding, we were almost not allowed to put up a cot in the triple room. Their reason being that it would be too small and not comfortable. After inspections, we decided that there was more than sufficient space and they had no more objections.nothing, lovely hotel, amazing holiday.
