It's a great hotel, much more than I expected for the price I payed. We asked for a room with a single and a double bed and had two doubles, which was great. the staff was very nice, they recomended a very nice cantina italiana nearby and everynight when we arrived in the rooms we found cookies and a card saying good night, very cute. the location is very convinient, 10 minuts from termini station.
all reviews » the hotel was wonderful, great for kids. they have playstations and movies in all languages. rooms are great, nice size for european hotels. great location, close to the Termini station, 3 restaurants and ice cream parlor right around the corner. Opera house very close. Coliseum and other main attractions within walking distance, ATM right across the street. Nothing but positive things.Staff were friendly and welcoming and even sent a cake and sparkling wine to our room as it was my wife's and my birthdays while we were away in Rome. Rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel was in an excellent location for exploring the city and a short walk from the train station. Also a good selection for breakfast. Would definately stay again. The hotel room was lovely, large, airy and with a huge bed and lovely bathroom. The staff were all extremely friendly and the included continental breakfast was very good. The location is just a short walk from the Termini (central) railway station and so not difficult to get luggage to/from the station.excellent location (3min walking from Termini -central - station), very friendly staff, big room for 3 persons (room 218), big bathroom well organized, very good variety of breakfast. Extra tip: on Sunday they gave us copy of the first page of a Greek newspaper!. Laura at reception was very helpful all other staff equally friendly and helpful. As i suffer from claustrophobia there was no problem changing from a very dark room to a brighter one. Excellent location convenient to train and downtown area. Staff very friendly and helpful. The dining room was a little small, but not worryingly so. No irons or ironing boards and the room temperature was warmer than we Americans are used to.We had to leave for the airport before breakfast was available. It would be great to have coffee and a croissant available from 05:00 until 07:00. the breakfast room is too small for all the guests and coffee americana is not good. It would be great if they can vary little bit their breakfast each morning. the shower and taps very used need to be replaced. internet does not work, first night we had to stayed in other other because of some "water" problems in hotel. Breakfast was cold every morning, Bar was closed too early.the first day it was a problem with the internet ,but after that, beacuse of the holiday it was fin ,during all the holiday. I don't know if the restaurant was closed in the evenings because of the refurbishment work that was being carried out at the hotel but it would have been more convenient if the restaurant had been open. I would like to point out that the refurbishment work did not cause us any other inconvenience.They only had one internet port making it hard for 2 people to beonline. not enough attention to small repairments in the room. If you want parking in a garage it will cost Euro 30 pr. day, but you can find free street parking. Remember this is Rome. Nope! It was all great.Room is small, but in rome, it is common. There was no offer of a shuttle service to/from the airport. Room quite small for price paid . Had stayed at the hotel previously and been allocated a much larger room. It wasn't in the best section of town, which may explain the lower price. Taking a cab at night is a must.Rooms look different than in pictures, and a bit smaller (even we hadhave superiour room). But still nice hotel. no, but there is one little thing - sky was just in italian. Breakfast had a good selection but the "hot" food was cold. Light in the bathroom was not sufficient. Breakfast choice was very little and we had to Que every day to toast our bread!! Internet was a bit slow but manageable.A renovation is needed (it's a 3,5 star hotel, not a 4 star).
