Although you might have a little difficulty spotting the hotel initially as it doesnt have the obvious exterior look of a hotel, with a clear glassdoor which oversees the lobby and reception, it isnt too difficult to find as the street is not too complicated. The man who helped with the check in also brought us to our room and gave us an overview of the facilities. He was really friendly and detailed.
all reviews » Everything. The room is big enough (Europe standard), the bed is absolutely comfortable and the shower is mmmmmmm... what a great experience after walking Rome. The bathroom, the huge TV, the DVD... everything is new and modern. Really clean. The coffee and tea facilities are very good to take something quikcly and start exploring Rome without delay. The staff was really kind and helpful.The location was great and safe! The rooms were wonderful, plus the pictures on the website depict exactly what the room looks like when you get there. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful to us when we first arrived. We needed a taxi to the airport really early in the morning and they set that up for us. It was quiet location as well, not too far from the Colosseum. Location--walking distance to Termini station. Friendliness of staff. Very accommodating--had to leave luggage when we arrived prior to check in and left them there after check out to further enjoy our remaining time in Rome. No breakfast. Outside should be a bigger name. I stood in front of it and had to askwhere it is. It wasn't a problem but it isn't really clear until you get there thatthe hotel is actually on the 5th floor. We also had the room which wasnext door to the reception which was quite noisy with people checkingin and out.There are some renovation going, so in the afternoon it's quite noisy. But that was not a problem for us, because we were always out during that time of the day anyways. Room kind of small...but it comes with the old town area. Not a big deal.lack of typical recepction; weak interest of guests. Just to upgrade all the rooms with Wi-Fi access.low pressure of water, room little to small. The personnel could be more helpful in giving some information about the city. There was no breakfast.There was no sound protection of the room so you could listen or be listened by the other hotel visitors. On 5th floor of apartment complex - inconvenience of using the old elevator everytime, satellite tv only has a few watchable channels.The hard mattress on the bed. No breakfast!. The hotel name was not properly written.so it took alimost 2 hours tolocate the hotel amidst scorching heat.So guests dont go without aproper map.kindly display the hotel name clearly and legibly. just a little stain in the shower...Some improvements could be made; the mini-fridge in our room didn't cool down properly. The hallway's little "kitchen" could be expanded the way that the guests would have the opportunity for cooking. The room does not provide high level of intimacy since the walls of the shower and the toilet are transparent to the room and this might be a problem for some people. smell in the bathroom,got gradually worse. sign outside front door directed us to 5th floor,the office is actually on the ground floor,this was an inconvenience as we lugged bags up then had to come back down.It is called a BandB but there is no breakfast available this is misleading.
