  Amazingly great place! Looks even better in reality than on the pictures. Great location (5 min to Colloseum, Roman Forum and Monument Vittorio Emmanuel). B&B was recently renovated, it is very stylish, clean and tidy. We stayed there for 3 nights, in the room with external bathroom, which was absolutely comfortable as the bathroom is just 2 s... what people say » teps from the room. The bathroom is faced with marble tiles and looks very beautiful. But what makes this B&B really a gem and definitely a place - The room was very nice, including a queen size bed. The surrounding view of the Forum and Colosseum from the roof top patio was the best. You just could not beat having free breakfast in the morning or a a glass of wine in the evening and then go to the street level and be right there in the center of Rome with reasonable priced restaurants (thanks to the near by college) and all the historic sites.

  We were on our honeymoon and I have nothing bad to say on the hotel. The staff was adorable especially Stano that was very kind and happy all the time. The hotel was just like as the pictures and the room was clean and tidy everyday when we arrived from the city (towels were changed every day). The a/c was good for the heat and the windows were so... what people say » undproof for outside noises. the location was good, not the best but a walk for piazza venezia there u can find buses/tram to every place u want to go - I loved the location, just off Via Fori Imperiali, which cuts through the Forum; you are right there in the centre of Imperial Rome. The hotel is close to trendy eating areas, the historical sights and local transport. The staff were courteous and helpful, easily the best of the 3 hotels in Italy in which I stayed. I don't think it mattered that there wasn't a breakfast option; I bought excellent coffee, pastry and a piece of fresh fruit for 3 euro from a snack bar 2 doors away.
