The Augusta Lucilla Palace is very close to all the main attractions in Rome. It is very close to the bus terminal and made it easy to get around town! The hotel looks very new and is very clean and the rooms are imaculate! It has double glazing so the sound of the outside street is greatly minimised which is fantastic and has good air conditioning. The staff were really helpful-highly recommended.

I stayed for three nights with my girlfriend and found the hotel to be in a great location for all the attractions. The hotel itself was modern, clean and very comfortable!. We liked everything about the hotel. From the moment we met Christiano at the reception and to meeting both Annamaria and Fe Fe in the restaurant. Everyone was so kind and helpful to us. We had a fantastic 7 night stay there. Excellent rooms, location, breakfast and staff. We would definitely stay here again. Everything in the rooms seemed new and very clean and up to date. Overall, considering prices in Rome, we found this to be great value.The staff was very courteous and professional. The hotel location was very close to the Termini and not too far from most attractions. The rooms were nicely appointed and comfortable. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the staff! They made us feel welcomed and made it so comfortable. They were all so polite and helpful! The hotel was also just a few minutes from the train station. Very convenient location!. The hotel should have a 24h bar with music. the shower did not drain adequately. No restaurant. we asked for a good restaurant definitely not for tourist, and a horrible only for tourist place was recommended by the receptionist. Breakfast was very nice but no hot food mainly crossiants and cereal. No bacon and eggs or anything. The variety of food served at breakfast can be improved.shower room is a bit small. The bath had a very nice tub but no showers. It would be good to add showers as well.The tv is unusable. It is small, fixed too high to the wall and in aposition where it is impossible to view. Basiclly useless, but this isreally a small point. Breakfast could improve.. instead of instant foods..Lack of area to relax in i.e. Bar, Coffee Lounge but I was told the Hotel was not as yet completed and this would follow in due course. You have to watch your back in the neighborhood.
