  Wonderful people who are so accomodating and kind. The room was beautiful , elegant, clean and warm, the location of the hotel was perfect in the charming historic center. They were so flexible when I had to change the dates. I recommend this hotel to EVERYBODY who goes to Lucca. Each time we were happy and well served. the fact that there is no breakfast is not a problem since there are so - We stayed in old part of hotel. Had just been freshly painted and was spotlessly clean. Brilliant location close to cathedral and very quiet. Had been told old part didn't have air conditioning, but it did and it worked efficiently. Room was modest, but cleaned each day and better than we had expected, given its 2 star status. Would definitely recommend it.

They allowed use to keep our room as we had a late flight and also provided us with a free calendar and ceramic plaque of Lucca. - The staff are always extra friendly, and give me a warm welcome.   The staff were extremely helpful. The location was excellent. We had a 6 year old with us and the walk into Lucca city walls was managable. The bike hire arrangement was great and very resonably priced. The swimming pool was lovely.   We only stayed for one night but we had a good time there. The lady who owns the b&b was really friendly. There is a nice and clean swimming pool with a garden. The breakfast was really nice, they also bake or cook you an egg if you want. The room was fine. Small bathroom though. Luca is really beautifull so worth a visit. Not to cheap though but we booked lat - The owners and the staff were so helpful, friendly and with a good mood, so I can't really say enough good things about them. We really enjoyed the stay there, and in spite of some noice from local traffic and trains, these were things that really reinforced the impression of being a part of a lovely italian environment. We felt we were a part of the neighbourhood and with the bikes the owners lent us we were I Lucca's old city within 5 minutes. We loved the place!
