Hadde balkong og kunne låne sykkler når vi ønsket dette. Nært til gamle byen - Meget god service av alt personalet på hotellet. Ethvert spørsmål ble besvart med et smil og de hjalp oss med veibeskrivelser etc. Det fikk de også vite da vi reiste.

We stayed in old part of hotel. Had just been freshly painted and was spotlessly clean. Brilliant location close to cathedral and very quiet. Had been told old part didn't have air conditioning, but it did and it worked efficiently. Room was modest, but cleaned each day and better than we had expected, given its 2 star status. Would definitely recommend it.

The warm welcome from Arianna was second to none, giving us guidance of where to eat in Lucca that evening. During breakfast we were treated like old friends by both Arianna and her mother. They provided a lovely breakfast with lots of homemade treats. Recommended! -

The owners and the staff were so helpful, friendly and with a good mood,
