The staff were extremely helpful. The location was excellent. We had a 6 year old with us and the walk into Lucca city walls was managable. The bike hire arrangement was great and very resonably priced. The swimming pool was lovely. We will definately be visiting again and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking at staying in Lucca. Staff were exceptionally helpful.Close to centre of Lucca, swimming pool and quiet location.
