Staff were friendly, check in efficient. Room was a good size, very comfortable bed and fabulous bathroom. Toiletries were of a good standard and free minibar items a bonus, although not as good brands as those in the free minibar of another (cheaper) hotel we had stayed in the night before in HK. On arrival we were greeted by extremely helpful and efficient staff. We were upgraded to the 17th floor with amazing views of Victoria Harbour. Our room was luxurious, with a very comfortable bed and a well supplied bathroom. We had breakfast in the hotel and have never seen such a variety of food in a restaurant, just incredible The hotel is in a great location for shops and transport and we would certainly recommend to friends.

The location cannot be beat! 4-minutes walk to MTR station.
Our 20th floor suite with kitchenette was clean, had a comfortable king bed in a separate bedroom and a sofa-bed in the living room. The air conditioning worked great and helped keep the humidity down to an acceptable level, since it was pouring rain outside for the two days we were there.
The front desk, consierge and houskeeing staff were all friendly and helpful to us.

it's quite pricey, but we got a good deal. But nothing beats it's location. Room is quite large for HK standard. Staff were very helpful - The bathroom is excellent and the bed is very comfortable. What amaze me is we can surf internet using their free wifi and 42" LCD TV.

Very nice hotel in a nice location. Only stayed 1 night so can't say to much about all the facilities. We were upgraded free to a club room which was very nice.
